Common grounds are mowed on every other Wednesday, weather permitting.
If you have any violations or concerns that were noted during inspections, you will receive a letter for next steps for corrections.
Parking violations: If you receive a orange parking violation sticker on your vehicle, contact the Association office. Vehicles are being sticker for expired tags, no tags or stickers visible, inoperable vehicles (flat tires, damaged vehicles etc.) and stored vehicles. It is important you contact the Association office to discuss the violation to avoid your vehicle from being towed. Please provide your name, address and make and model of your vehicle when calling. Thank you for your cooperation.
Some residents have inquired about doing clean ups throughout Waters Landing. We have partnered with Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to encourage clean up participation with our residents. The DEP will provide materials for community clean.
Montgomery County collects yard trim through their recycling program. Collection has had sporadic issues over the last several weeks. For more information, please visit the Montgomery County website, https://www.montgomerycountymd.gov/sws/yardtrim/ or call Montgomery County at 240-777-0311.
It has been reported that residents are dumping in Little Seneca Creek, which is part of Black Hill Park. Dumping is illegal. Residents are encouraged to report issues to Montgomery County Parks.
