At the Annual Meeting held on December 20, 2023, the community voted to increase the number of available seats on the Board of Directors from five members to seven members.
A special election for the 2 open positions will be held Monday, February 19, 2024, at 7pm by Zoom. As the 51% in attendance quorum requirement is a practical impossibility, the second call meeting at which all presents will constitute a quorum, will be held Monday, March 4, 2024, at 7pm by Zoom. As this is a special election meeting, you will be required to register to participate in the Zoom meeting. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. To register for the meeting please use this link.
Announcing New Voting Dates:
Voting has been extended until 12:00 p.m., Monday, March 4, 2024, and results will be announced Tuesday afternoon via News Ashore and on the Waters Landing website.
Electronic Voting Through Vote HOA Now. Voting will be available Monday, February 12th and voting period will end on Monday, March 4th at 12pm.
Proxies Submitted by Mail:
The Association has engaged Action Management Inc., which will facilitate the collection of paper proxies. Paper proxies may be either dropped off at Waters Landing Association or scanned and sent by email. All proxy submitted must be received by March 4, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. to be counted. Therefore, Members should submit their proxies as early as possible so that they are timely received.

Since the Board of Directors meets monthly to conduct the normal and routine business of the Association, the only item of business considered at the Special Meeting will be the election of the two (2) additional Directors.
Under the provisions of the Association's By-Laws, achieving a quorum, to conduct business at the Association's Special Election Meeting initially requires the participation of 51% of the Association's membership. As a quorum may not be reached at the first meeting (as has been the case each year because of the exceptionally large number of members needed in attendance), a second meeting will be held on Monday, March 4, 2024 at 7pm by Zoom. At this second meeting, all persons in attendance & by proxy will constitute a quorum, and business may be conducted. Additional notice will be mailed. The dates for the two meetings will be provided with the Notice of Election mailing.
Your participation by proxy is just as important as it would be in person. Please note that, except for the General Manager acting on proxies assigned to him/her, the By-laws limit an individual homeowner to proxy representation of only one unit other than his/hers. Your participation is vital to the community.

Nic D'Ascoli was elected at the 2022 annual meeting, held December 14, 2022.
Erik Herron was elected at the 2022 annual meeting, held December 14, 2022. Erik Herron resigned January 2023 and Anita Weinstein was appointed as his replacement. The remainder of the term will be elected at the 2023 Annual Meeting in December 2023.
Mark Sagarin was elected at the 2021 annual meeting, held December 15, 2021.
