Waters Landing Association is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors, each serving staggered terms. The Board of Directors adopts the annual budget, levies and collects assessments, appropriates funds, and undertakes other actions as permitted by the community’s governing documents.

Waters Landing Board of Directors Meetings
2026 Board Schedule
The Waters Landing Board of Directors will meet on the third Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m., and it is Hybrid, in-person, and via Zoom. There is an open forum during each meeting, where residents will have a few minutes to address the Board of Directors.
Meetings are at 6:00 p.m. unless noted differently.
