New Pool Pass Process
Due to inconsistent delivery of pool passes sent via USPS, our pool pass process has changed. All pool pass applications received, prior to May 24, 2021 have been mailed. If you have not received your pool passes, please contact the office immediately. We prefer e-mail, if possible, so you can receive a confirmation email of your status. Paper pool pass applications received will not receive a confirmation email.
As of May28, 2021, all pool pass applications received to date have been processed and your pool passes are located at the pool counter at Pool A. This year we have provided the lifeguards at the pool counter a resident’s list of pool pass applications processed. You will need to show your identification to pick up your pool pass. In the event your pool pass is not at Pool A, please contact the office. The office is not open to the public yet but will be shortly, and closed on weekends. Pool pass applications will be processed in 1-2 days with a deadline of 3:00 p.m. daily, excluding weekends.
Guest passes will not be distributed this pool season. If you have more than six applicants for passes, please contact the office for further instructions. Landlords will have to decide to relinquish their pool amenities to their tenants or use for themselves, but both landlord and tenant cannot apply for pool passes.
Pool forms, rules and schedules can be found on this website. Paper applications are available in the box outside of our office door, located at 20000 Father Hurley Blvd. Germantown, MD 20874.
Rules subject to COVID-19 restrictions and may change during the season. The waiver is required each time you use the pool.
DUE TO COVID-19, THERE WILL BE NO IN-PERSON DISTRIBUTION FOR POOL PASSES.
All applications will be processed in a non-contact manner. Applications may be emailed to WLA@waterslanding.org, mailed to 20000 Father Hurley Blvd or dropped in the suggestion box at the office.
You do not need to submit the waiver with your pool pass application. The waiver is required for entry to the pool.
All passes will be mailed directly to your Waters Landing address.
There will be no in-person pick-up.
