Pool information is now available. The 2020 pool packet includes the application form, COVID-19 waiver, pool rules & calendar for the current phase of opening. Please review everything carefully, as there are many changes for the 2020 season due to COVID-19. All materials may be found at our Association website, www.waterslanding.org.
You are highly encouraged to sign up or subscribe as the digital version of The NewsAshore will be coming soon. If you have previously signed up, you must sign up again with the redesign of the webpage. The sign-up/subscribe section is located at the bottom of the homepage. New sections of the webpage will also be coming soon.
There will be NO in-person processing of pool passes this year. All processing will be completed in a non-contact manner. You may email your application to firstname.lastname@example.org, drop off or mail to the Association office. Passes will be mailed to your Waters Landing address. Passes will not be issued to any unit that is delinquent in their monthly fee.
Passes are required to gain entry to the pool.
You are required to complete & sign a waiver for each member in your household prior to getting pool passes. Adults must complete a waiver for each child.
This waiver will also be required each time you enter the pool. It will be available on the Association website and available at the pool sign in desk. Digital signatures will not be acceptable for the daily waiver.
Teens, ages 13-17, may come to the pool on their own; however, a parent or guardian will be required to complete and sign a waiver for the teen to bring with them to gain entry to the pool.
Face masks will be required when not in the pool swimming.
Social distancing of 6 feet or more will be required of individuals not of the same household.
If you are feeling ill; please do not come to the pool.
We respectfully ask all residents to comply with the required extra measures during this summer season due to COVID-19. These measures are in place for your safety, as well as the staff. Any resident unwilling to comply with the outlined measures will be asked to leave and may have their pool privileges revoked.

A wavier must be completed & signed by an adult for teens, ages 13-17, to bring with them to the pool.
You may not use the pool without a waiver.
