FACE MASK UPDATE
Montgomery County has reinstated the indoor mask mandate, requiring face coverings in all indoor areas open to the public, regardless of vaccination status. This includes the pool bath houses. Montgomery County COVID restrictions continue to evolve and may change again. We thank everyone for their cooperation.
Pool Pass Process
Pool pass applications can be found here, and at the Association office outside in the fourth box, labeled POOL PASS APPLICATIONS. You can obtain blank pool pass applications and submit completed pool pass applications in the same box. Pool passes will be processed within 1-2 business days and pool passes will be at the pool counter at POOL A for pick up. If you submit your pool application via email, you will receive a confirmation email. If you submit a paper pool application, you will not receive a confirmation.
As of May25, 2021, pool passes are no longer being mailed to residents' home address. Due to the inconsistency of mail delivery, pool passes will now be left at the pool counter at pool A for pick up and not at the Association office.
This pool season, thus far, we have received an unusual amount of requests to replace lost pool passes. Please note, lost passes can be replaced; however, there is a $5 fee per replacement pass. To request replacement pool passes, please contact the Association office to make an appointment to obtain the replacement passes.
Guest passes are not being distributed, this pool season.
