2025 Pool Calendar

We are excited to announce that Waters Landing has partnered with Access Granted Systems to introduce a new and convenient pool pass system for the 2025 season!

This year, there is no need to wait in line or visit the office to pick up your passes. Instead, you will benefit from electronic pool passes that can be stored directly on your phone using Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Please note that there are no paper applications to be completed and turned in at the office. 

**If you do not pay assessments directly to Waters Landing - including Lakeview, South Shore Harbour, Waters House, Waverly, and Churchill Senior Living - you do NOT need to register for Resident Connect. Reach out to your Property Management for further instructions on how to obtain your pool passes. **

 · Register for Resident Connect by visiting https://waterslanding.connectresident.com/ 

· Go to Community News to apply for your pool passes. 

· Once you submit your application, you will receive an email confirming that management has received it. After approval, your electronic pool pass will be issued. 

· Simply show your digital pass to the lifeguard at the pool entrance—your pass will be scanned for entry. In lieu of the digital version, an E-Pass card may be obtained from the Management Office. This card will function the same as the electronic pass and can be used for access to the pool.

Landlords must register with Resident Connect and submit a copy of the lease agreement to wla@waterslanding.org. 

To obtain pool passes, all residents must be in good standing with the Association. This includes being current on assessments and not having any outstanding violations.
