The Architectural Environmental Review Committee (AERC) usually meets on the 1st Monday of the month, by Zoom at 7pm. Holidays may affect the schedule.  Residents are encouraged to attend if you want to hear the decision made on your application in real time.

* Please note that the September AERC meeting has been rescheduled due to the Labor Day holiday. Instead of the usual first Monday of the month, the meeting will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.

As a result, the application deadline has been extended to August 27, 2026. All applications must be submitted by this date to be considered at the September meeting.
