Common ground leaf collection will take place the weeks of
November 16 and December 14.
Annual Meeting 2nd Call
The next meeting will be December 16, 2020.
Zoom details will be posted Monday, December 7.
The Annual Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, December 16, 7pm electronically.
In accordance with MD guidelines; and Montgomery County COVID-19 requirements the annual meeting will be held as scheduled. The election portion of the meeting has been suspended until MD guidelines and Montgomery County COVID-19 requirements have been lifted for a safe in person election. Until that time, the Board of Directors will act in a Status Quo status, per Article 5 Section 5 of our bylaws.
Elections require the rights of every household the right to vote in the election from the floor/in person; the ability to change their vote in person and other procedures of an election safely during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Candidate qualification statements will be retained and the Association will reach out to individuals running prior to in-person elections.
Items for the agenda should be sent to the Association office by Monday, December 7, 9am. Agenda items should not specifically list an individual person or property. Annual meeting agenda will be posted to the Association website.
The Board of Directors meets monthly to conduct the normal and routine business of the Association. Questions for the Board of Directors should be submitted to the Association office prior to any scheduled Board meeting.
Open floor is being moved to the end of the Board meeting.

During the current medical situation involving COVID-19, the Association office & community center will not be open to the public. Applications and other correspondence may be dropped in the suggestion box, located to the left of the glass doors. The Association office may also be reached by phone and email. When contacting the office by phone, please leave a voicemail. Calls & emails will be returned; but we ask residents to be patient.
