ASSOCIATION OFFICE CLOSURE
During the current medical situation involving COVID-19, the Association office & community center will not be open to the public.
Applications and other correspondence may be dropped in the suggestion box, located to the left of the glass doors.
The Association office may also be reached by phone and email.

Calls & emails will be returned; but we ask residents to be patient.

Pools will not open under Montgomery County's current phase of reopening. Waters Landing & contractors continue to prepare for the pool season, with maintenance and other projects currently in process. When it is announced that the pools may be opened, it will take a minimum of two weeks for Waters Landing and RSV Pools, Inc. (Waters Landing’s pool contractor) to finish preparing, including ensuring all safety protocols are in place, & to provide lifeguard staffing for opening. Pool pass distribution will not be processed traditionally this year; and additional information will be sent. Residents should be aware that there will be restrictions imposed this year for the safety and well being of all. Capacity limitations may be imposed; as well as other restrictions. Waters Landing pools will only open when it is safe, with proper precautions in place, and allowed by Montgomery County. Waters Landing will follow Montgomery County mandates regarding the pools.
POOL B PLAYGROUND, PATH SYSTEM, TENNIS COURTS
The playground at Pool B was removed for safety reasons and in preparation for upcoming tennis court and path system repairs. The entire Waters Landing path system and the tennis courts at both Pool A & Pool B are scheduled for repairs. Following these projects, a new playground will be installed at Pool B.
All projects are subject to Montgomery County mandates & restrictions and scheduling is to be determined with the ongoing situation with COVID-19.
COMMON GROUND FACILITIES: PLAYGROUNDS, TENNIS COURTS
Common ground facilities, including tot lot playgrounds, continue to be closed in accordance with current Montgomery County stay-at-home mandates.
Tennis courts are pending repairs and may not be reopened at this time.
Waters Landing tennis courts are located at

Tennis courts located elsewhere, including Waters Landing Park on those located on Wisteria Drive (across from Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School) are not owned, nor maintained by Waters Landing.

Waters Landing's trash contractor, J&J Inc., will continue collecting trash.
Please have all trash secure to ensure the safety of the trash contractors.
Please have all trash out by 7am, Mondays & Thursdays.
Please be patient. The trash contractor is experiencing an increase in trash collection and may not get to your neighborhood until later in the day.
Bulk trash pick-up may be limited.

Waters Landing's landscaping contractor, Lancaster Landscapes, will continue landscaping services, including mowing. Mowing takes place every other Wednesday during summer. Mowing schedule subject to change due to rain, grass being too wet or other weather related issues.
Recycling is a Montgomery County contract.
Currently, Montgomery County is continuing recycling collection.
If you are experiencing financial hardships due to COVID-19 and may be unable to pay your monthly assessment on time; please contact the Association office or First Service Residential, Waters Landing's financial management contractor, as soon as possible to discuss your options.
