Any change or alteration to the exterior of your property must be approved through the Architectural and Environmental Review Committee (AERC) process.

• The AERC meets the 1st Monday of the month at 7 p.m.  
• Deadline to submit applications is the 20th of the month.
• To submit an application, log into Resident Connect and select "Architectural Modification Application".  Fill in all required fields with accurate information and supporting documents to avoid delays. Finally download and complete the AERC Signature Form. AERC Resident Guide is available under AERC Forms. 
• Tree removal requires the AERC process. 
• MISS UTILITY should be contacted prior to work to mark any underground utility lines.  
• Miss Utility 1-800-257-7777.
• Please follow all instructions on the application.
• Please call the office with questions.
•  Any homeowner may appeal this decision to the Waters Landing Board of Directors, in accordance with Article VII, Section 4 of the Declaration, by sending a letter of appeal to the Waters Landing office or at wla@waterslanding.org. Deadline for appeals is 15 days from date of notice of approval or disapproval. Any work begun before the 15-day appeal time period ends is at the homeowner’s risk.
