The Association contracts with FIRSTSERVICE for management services to perform a number of functions for its benefit, including day-to-day operations; billing; advising on engineering, building maintenance and employee matters; obtaining bids for work; counseling with respect to governmental requirements, insurance, procurement, and repairs; and special assignments upon the Board’s direction.
