Members of the Committee have begun inspections in each neighborhood in accordance with the Architectural Guidelines Enforcement Procedures. Violations will be confirmed by a site visit. Notice will be sent to the homeowners from the HOA office citing the violation and appropriate resolution. Corrective action needs to occur within 30 days of receipt of the letter. The homeowner has the right to appeal in writing within 15 days of the notice. If the violation has not been taken care of within an appropriate amount of time, a second notice will be sent by certified mail. If there is no response after 30 days of second notice, a certified letter will be sent informing the homeowner of the time and place of a hearing by the Board of Directors on the case. If the case has not been resolved during the hearing, or 60 days thereafter, it may be turned over to Counsel for further action. When driving through neighborhoods, it has not gone unnoticed the disrepair of fences, paint chipping from shutters, items piled up in yards, and other unsightly violations. As community members, we want to take pride in not just the open spaces, but our own neighborhoods. The AERC Guidelines are posted on the HOA website for your review and adherence.
