Annual Meeting 2024

The Reconvened Annual Meeting to be held at 7 PM on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Waters Landing Association, 20000 Father Hurley Boulevard, Germantown, MD 20874 and via Zoom. If you are participating via Zoom, you will be required to register in advance of the meeting. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. The registration link is:

Electronic Voting

We are using an online election system, Election Buddy, to tabulate the votes. The election will go live on Tuesday October 29, 2024, and will extend until 6 PM of the date of when the meeting takes place. You will be assigned a unique access key, via email, which can only be used one time for voting. Your voting choices will remain anonymous. In case you do not receive an email from Election Buddy, please check your junk/spam email folders.
