Waters Landing Drive- Traffic Safety
Introduction
The Montgomery County Department of Transportation conducted an independent traffic study on Waters Landing Drive and has concluded that traffic calming measures are warranted. The HOA is working with the county to determine the right solution for our community. Nothing moves forward without input from our residents.

Community Speed Hump Meeting
On April 20, 2026, Montgomery County hosted a community meeting to present their findings and proposed speed hump plan for Waters Landing Drive. All residents are encouraged to review the materials below.

A community survey is coming soon. Results will be shared in full with residents and submitted to Montgomery County to inform the final plan.

What Happens Next
Once the survey closes, the HOA will review the results. A final speed hump plan will then be submitted to Montgomery County. No installation can proceed without at least 50% concurrence from impacted residents.
