Registration for the 2026 pool season is now open. All residents must have a valid pool pass to enter — lifeguards cannot grant entry without one.
Important: Pool passes are issued during business hours only. Applications submitted after hours or at the pool will not be processed in real time. All applications must be completed online — there are no exceptions, even if you prefer a physical pass.
How to Register:
Visit: Access Granted Community Portal
• Select “First Time Applying” if you are new to the registration system
• Select “Applied Last Year” if you registered in 2025 — yes, you must reapply even if you applied last year
• Select “Updating This Year’s Application” if you need to make changes to an existing 2026 application
Please make sure your Waters Landing address is correctly listed on your application. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Upon approval, your electronic pool pass will be issued via two emails — one confirming approval and one containing your digital pass. Download the pass and add it to your Apple or Samsung Wallet.
Prefer a Physical Pass?
E-Pass cards are available through the Management Office after you have completed your online application. An online application is required before visiting the office.
Guest Passes
Each household receives 10 complimentary guest passes for the 2026 season automatically uploaded to your account. Additional passes are available for purchase at $5 each on the Access Granted Community Portal.
Eligibility
To receive pool passes, all residents must be in good standing with the Association — current on assessments and free of outstanding violations.
Renters must also provide a current lease agreement to wla@waterslanding.org.
