2026 Pool Pass Registration- Open Now!

Pool pass registration is now open! We encourage all owners to get registered early so you’re all set when opening day arrives.  

We’ve got some news about our pool this season and it’s looking better than ever! Our pool bathrooms are currently getting a fresh, new upgrade, so we’re taking a little extra time to make sure everything is perfect for your enjoyment. 

Here’s How to Get Started:
Please visit: https://community.accessgrantedsystems.net/community/waters_landing_association 

• Click “Apply Online” 
• Select the appropriate option: 
• “First Time Applying” if this is your first time applying 
• “Applied Last Year” if you applied in 2025 
• “Updating This Year’s Application” if you need to make changes to a 2026 application 

Note: Please ensure that your Waters Landing address is correctly listed on your application.  

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an email confirming receipt.  

After your application is approved, your electronic pool pass will be issued. You will receive two emails—one confirming approval and another containing the digital passes. You will need to download the new pass and replace the expired pass in your Apple or Samsung wallet. 

Using Your Pool Pass
Simply present your digital pool pass to the lifeguard at the entrance. Your pass will be scanned for entry. 

Need a Physical Option?
If you prefer, E-Pass cards are available through the Management Office. These function the same as the digital passes and can be used for pool access. 

Guest Passes
Each household will receive 10 complimentary guest passes for the 2026 pool season. Additional guest passes are available for purchase at $5 per pass.  

Important Reminders
To receive pool passes, all residents must be in good standing with the Association. This includes being current on all assessments and having no outstanding violations. Renters must also provide a current, updated lease agreement sent to wla@waterslanding.org.
