2026 Annual Meeting & Board Election


Waters Landing Association, Inc. 2026 Annual Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 6:00 PM, with a Rescheduled Annual Meeting (if needed) on Thursday, December 10, 2026, at 7:00 PM. 


Both meetings will be held in hybrid format - in person at the Community Center and via Zoom.

Important information

Board Election

There are three (3) open Board seats this year. Information about candidates will be posted here after the October 16 submission deadline. 

Ballot Questions

Community members may propose Ballot Questions for consideration at the Annual Meeting. Submissions are due by October 16 to be placed on the ballot. Motions will still be accepted from the floor at the Annual Meeting. 

Voting & Proxy

Details on electronic voting, proxy forms, and how to request a paper ballot will be posted here as part of the official Annual Meeting Notice, expected in October.
