2026 ANNUAL MEETING & BOARD ELECTION
Waters Landing Association, Inc. is preparing for our 2026 Annual Meeting and Board Election, and we want every member to have what they need to take part.
The candidate and Ballot Question deadline closed on Friday, October 16 at 5:00 PM.
Meet this year's candidates, learn how to vote, and find every meeting date and document on this page.
Both meetings will be held in hybrid format, in person at the Community Center and via Zoom.
Check back regularly. This page will be updated as the ballots and voting details are released in early November.

Ballots will be released. Please plan to vote before 6:00 PM on Thursday, November 19, 2026. If quorum is reached, voting closes when the
Annual Meeting is called to order, and ballots received after that time cannot be
counted.

There are three (3) open Board seats this year. The following members submitted candidate applications by the October 16 deadline (listed alphabetically by last name):

Ballot Questions
The deadline to propose Ballot Questions has passed. One (1) Ballot Question was received and will be included on the ballot when voting opens November 6.
Motions will still be accepted from the floor at the Annual Meeting.
Voting & Proxy
Voting opens by November 6, 2026. Members may vote electronically, by paper ballot returned by mail, or by paper ballot placed in the lockbox at the Community Center. Paper ballots returned by mail must be received before the Annual Meeting is called to order.
Members who cannot attend may also submit an uninstructed proxy. The proxy form will be posted in the Document Library.
