History
Waters Landing Association, located in Germantown, Maryland, is one of the largest HOA's in the area. Developed between 1982 and 1990, this community offers a variety of housing options, including single-family homes, townhouses, and condominiums. Waters Landing’s twenty-five neighborhoods is called home by more than 10,000 people living in 3,421 units. The community includes a community center, two swimming pools, tot lots, tennis courts, and 3.1 miles of walking and biking paths.
