The Association will be completing concrete sidewalk repairs throughout the community beginning Monday, November 9 that will impact Demetrias Way and Larentia Dr. The project is expected to take approximately 6-10 days, weather permitting.
Repair areas have been marked with green paint throughout the community. These markings identify sidewalks and walkways scheduled for removal and replacement.
Some interior sidewalks and lead walks may be temporarily inaccessible while concrete is removed and replaced. Residents should follow posted detour routes and use caution near work zones.
Cones and signage will be placed near active repair areas. Vehicles parked within 40 feet of posted construction cones must be moved by 7:00 AM on the posted work date.
Heavy equipment and construction crews will be working throughout the community. Please obey all barricades, caution tape, and posted signage for your safety.
